M\u011bsto Brno, ve spolupr\u00e1ci s odborn\u00edky a ob\u010dany p\u0159ipravuje Pl\u00e1n mobility m\u011bsta Brna, tedy pl\u00e1n, kam by m\u011bla sm\u011b\u0159ovat doprava v m\u011bst\u011b Brn\u011b a v p\u0159ilehl\u00e9m okol\u00ed v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech. A 21.\u010dervence bylo zve\u0159ejn\u011bno Vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednek ke konceptu n\u00e1vrhov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A co byly nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ipom\u00ednky?<\/h3>\n

Parkov\u00e1n\u00ed, parkov\u00e1n\u00ed, ru\u0161it parkovac\u00ed m\u00edsta & budovat nov\u00e1 parkovi\u0161t\u011b. D\u016fraz na dobudov\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00e9ho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho okruhu jako absolutn\u00ed prioritu a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho uzlu Brno. Zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed okru\u017en\u00edch linek ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy plus expresn\u00ed autobusov\u00e9 spoje. N\u00e1\u0159ky nad velkou vzd\u00e1lenost\u00ed s\u00eddli\u0161\u0165 od centra.
\nJe zn\u00e1t, jak moc Brnu chyb\u00ed
podpovrchov\u00e1 \u0161alina<\/a> pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 v 70 letech. P&R budovat ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti od centra s napojen\u00edm na rychlej\u0161\u00ed spoje ne\u017e je \u0161alina – tedy vlaky jedouc\u00ed v kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch intervalech, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zase dost\u00e1v\u00e1me na za\u010d\u00e1tek – ne\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho uzlu Brno<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Stru\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno: velk\u00fd m\u011bstsk\u00fd okruh a \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed uzel Brno, jedno bez druh\u00e9ho nejde.<\/p>\n

Z p\u0159ipom\u00ednek zde jen stru\u010dn\u011b co mne opravdu zaujalo \u010di pobavilo.

Dopravn\u00ed podnik DPMB<\/strong><\/span> p\u0159ipom\u00ednkoval, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinnost P&R je v\u00fdrazn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na poloze parkovi\u0161t\u011b a vzd\u00e1lenosti uzlu MHD. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, nikdo neodstav\u00ed auto na okraji m\u011bsta \u010di p\u0159ed Brnem, pokud nen\u00ed na stejn\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b i p\u0159estupn\u00ed uzel. Sou\u010dasn\u011b DPMB zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee zat\u00edmco ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 doprava v Brn\u011b je \u0159e\u0161ena jako zast\u00e1vkov\u00e1, tedy pomal\u00e1, u\u017eivatel\u00e9 P&R by uv\u00edtali „expresn\u00ed“ spoje do centra m\u011bsta. Proto DPMB si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee P&R by m\u011bly vznikat p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch zast\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, d\u00e1l od m\u011bsta, odkud jsou rychl\u00e9 a \u010dast\u00e9 spoje do m\u011bsta a p\u0159es m\u011bsto, ne\u017e na kone\u010dn\u00fdch, odkud se pokra\u010duje pomalou \u0161alinou.
\nTato p\u0159ipom\u00ednka ohledn\u011b poloh a napojen\u00ed P&R se \u010dasto opakuje.<\/p>\n

Politick\u00e9 strany a hnut\u00ed<\/h3>\n

Strana obyvatel Bystrce – Bystr\u010d\u00e1ci<\/strong><\/span> – prosazuje sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ceny \u0161alinkarty. Za zm\u00ednku stoj\u00ed n\u00e1\u0159ky na velkou vzd\u00e1lenost Bystrce od m\u011bsta Brna. Bystr\u010d\u00e1ci proto navrhuj\u00ed expresn\u00ed \u0161alinu, kter\u00e9 by p\u0159i cest\u011b z Bystrce vynech\u00e1vala n\u011bkter\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky. \u0160aliny by se p\u0159edj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bly a m\u00edjely. Tento n\u00e1vrh byl ozna\u010den za neprovediteln\u00fd. (O nerealizovan\u00e9 rychl\u00e9 \u0161alin\u011b z Bystrce do centra, kter\u00e1 by ale situaci \u0159e\u0161ila se do\u010dt\u011bte zde<\/a>). D\u016fraz na zlep\u0161en\u00ed kvality chodn\u00edk\u016f v Bystrici.<\/p>\n

Strana \u017d\u00edt Brno<\/strong><\/span> upozor\u0148uje na zna\u010dn\u00fd nepom\u011br mezi investicemi do silnic pro IAD-e\u010dka a investicemi do chodn\u00edk\u016f, stezek pro cyklisty. Upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na slo\u017eit\u00fd tarifn\u00ed syst\u00e9m ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dopravy v Brn\u011b. \u017d\u00edt Brno rovn\u011b\u017e podporuje expresn\u00ed autobusov\u00e9 linky, kter\u00e9 by svi\u017en\u011b spojovaly vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 lokality.
\nToto, dod\u00e1v\u00e1m j\u00e1, je d\u016fsledkem rozlezl\u00e9ho m\u011bsta s malou hustotou obyvatelstva do okoln\u00ed krajiny. Stav\u00edme s\u00eddli\u0161t\u011b na okraj\u00edch, p\u0159itom se vys\u00eddluje st\u0159ed Brna, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e jako pr\u016fjezdn\u00ed komunikace a parkovi\u0161t\u011b. A v sam\u00e9m centra Brna, mezi ul. N\u00e1dra\u017en\u00ed a Kom\u00e1rovem m\u00e1me louku s kop\u0159ivami, bodl\u00e1\u010d\u00edm a autobazary.
\nI \u017d\u00edt Brno upozor\u0148uje na komplikovan\u00e9 spojen\u00ed okraj\u016f m\u011bsta navz\u00e1jem. (o nerealizovan\u00e1 podpovrchov\u00e9
rychl\u00e9 \u0161aliny z Bystrce<\/a>, kter\u00e1 by situaci \u0159e\u0161ila se do\u010dt\u011bte zde). V\u0161e se to\u010d\u00ed kolem nedobudovan\u00e9ho velk\u00e9ho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho okruhu. Kter\u00fd ale nebude, dod\u00e1v\u00e1m, ani do roku 2050.<\/p>\n

Ostatn\u00ed politick\u00e9 strany<\/strong><\/span> se o dopravu v Brn\u011b, z\u0159ejm\u011b, nezaj\u00edmaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n

P\u0159ipom\u00ednky m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed<\/h3>\n

O\u0159e\u0161\u00edn<\/strong><\/span> se kriticky vyjad\u0159uje k nepom\u011bru \u010d\u00e1sti v\u011bnovan\u00e9 cyklistice a ostatn\u00edm druh\u016fm dopravy. P\u0159itom cyklistika tvo\u0159\u00ed jen 2 % dopravy a nep\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 se, \u017ee by tento pom\u011br v\u00fdrazn\u011bji p\u0159ibyl. O\u0159e\u0161\u00edn se v\u011bnuje parkov\u00e1n\u00ed aut a pova\u017euje jej pro Brno za kritick\u00fd. Jen prost\u00e9 ru\u0161en\u00ed parkovac\u00edch m\u011bst nen\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, je t\u0159eba stav\u011bt parkovac\u00ed domy. Nerealistick\u00e9 je podle O\u0159e\u0161\u00edna to, \u017ee by klesl po\u010det aut ve m\u011bst\u011b. Po\u010det aut mezi obyvateli Brna sice dlouhodob\u011b stagnuje, ale trvale roste po\u010det aut doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch, hlavn\u011b student\u016f. A tento trend, zejm\u00e9na u student\u016f, bude i nad\u00e1le pokra\u010dovat.
\nKn\u00edni\u010dky<\/strong><\/span> – nutnost vyv\u00e9st tranzitn\u00ed dopravu nejen z centra Brna, ale z Brna jako takov\u00e9ho. Tedy, dod\u00e1v\u00e1m, op\u011bt dobudov\u00e1n\u00ed Velk\u00e9ho m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho okruhu, snad po roce 2050.
\nBosonohy<\/strong><\/span> – podpo\u0159it dal\u0161\u00ed cyklostezky
\nBrno st\u0159ed<\/strong><\/span> – parkov\u00e1n\u00ed, parkov\u00e1n\u00ed a zase parkov\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159ipom\u00ednka k efektivn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed placen\u00ed parkovn\u00e9ho, kter\u00e9 by zohled\u0148ovalo nejen m\u00edsto, ale i denn\u00ed \u010das, kdy chci parkovat. Pl\u00e1n je zv\u00fd\u0161it po\u010det cyklist\u016f ze sou\u010dasn\u00fdch 2 % na 10 %. Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed na zna\u010dn\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed od aut ve m\u011bst\u011b Brn\u011b.
\n\u017deb\u011bt\u00edn<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 po\u017eaduje cyklotrasu \u017deb\u011bt\u00edn – Bystrc.
\nBrno-jih<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 pova\u017euje spole\u010dn\u00fd silni\u010dn\u00ed pruh pro bus a cyklisty jako nesmysln\u00fd. Kritika za nedostatek empatie pro ostatn\u00ed druhy dopravy ne\u017e je cyklistika. Sou\u010dasn\u011b upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na nejhor\u0161\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed na jihu z cel\u00e9ho Brna. Upozor\u0148uj\u00ed i na zranitelnost chodc\u016f v\u016f\u010di cyklist\u016fm. Brno-jih po\u017eaduje vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed cyklist\u016f, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo st\u0159et\u016fm s chodci.
\nBohunice<\/span><\/strong> a Brno-Sever<\/strong><\/span> nesouhlas\u00ed s um\u00edst\u011bn\u00edm parkovi\u0161t\u011b P&R na sv\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed.<\/p>\n
