Jsou tomu skoro 3 roky, co \u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy z\u00edskaly prvn\u00ed soupravu Railjet z celkov\u00fdch sedmi. A po\u010d\u00e1tkem b\u0159ezna najel prvn\u00ed \u201e\u010desk\u00fd\u201c Railjet ji\u017e mili\u00f3n kilometr\u016f. Je tedy \u010das se pod\u00edvat a porovnat n\u00e1kup dvou s\u00e9ri\u00ed ucelen\u00fdch jednotek RailJet<\/strong><\/span> a Pendolino<\/span><\/strong>. N\u00e1kup ucelen\u00fdch souprav RailJet & Pendolino aneb co se povedlo a nepovedlo s odstupem \u010dasu.<\/p>\n

Pendolino na Dni \u017eeleznice v B\u0159eclavi<\/p><\/div>\n

Projekt Pendolina byl od po\u010d\u00e1tku zat\u00ed\u017een v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdmi chybami, by\u0165 p\u016fvodn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011br byl dobr\u00fd. Pendolino, v p\u0159ekladu „kyvad\u00fdlko“, m\u00e1 nakl\u00e1p\u011bc\u00ed sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148 vozu, v oblouc\u00edch dojde ke zm\u011bn\u011b t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e lze i na klasick\u00fdch trat\u00edch jezdit rychleji. Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed provozn\u00ed rychlost Pendolina je v zahrani\u010d\u00ed a\u017e 250 km\/hodinu. Bylo tedy \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed nasadit i u n\u00e1s modern\u00ed ucelen\u00e9 soupravy, kter\u00e9 by dok\u00e1zaly pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt modernizovan\u00fdch \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch koridor\u016f.<\/p>\n

Sout\u011b\u017e na vozy s nakl\u00e1p\u011bc\u00ed sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed byla vyhl\u00e1\u0161ena v roce 1995 a v sout\u011b\u017ei zv\u00edt\u011bzilo konsorcium n\u011bkolika firem, v \u010dele s Alstom-em. \u010c\u00e1st v\u00fdroby se m\u011bla realizov\u00e1na i v Praze v \u010cKD. Prvn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem byl, \u017ee \u010cKD zkrachovalo. V\u00fdrobu tedy pln\u011b p\u0159evzala italsk\u00e1 strana.<\/p>\n

Pendolino na Dni \u017eeleznice v Chebu<\/p><\/div>\n

Hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m ale nastal, kdy\u017e se zjistilo, \u017ee proces homologace pro \u010deskou \u017eeleznici bude mnohem del\u0161\u00ed a obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e se \u010dekalo. V\u00fdrobce souprav Alstom<\/strong><\/span> nebyl dlouho schopen upravit integrovanou lokomotivu (trak\u010dn\u00ed jednotku) tak, aby byla provozuschopn\u00e1 i u n\u00e1s. Zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed nabralo roky, cena zak\u00e1zky \u0161la d\u00edky pen\u00e1le dol\u016f a nakonec byl i po\u010det objednan\u00fdch soupravy sn\u00ed\u017een na polovinu, tedy na sedm.
\nPrvn\u00ed soupravy vyjely a\u017e v roce 2003, ale pravideln\u00fd provoz za\u010dal a\u017e v prosinci 2005, tedy 10 let (!)<\/strong><\/span> od vyhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed sout\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n

A proto\u017ee rychlost na na\u0161ich \u017eeleznic\u00edch nikde nep\u0159ekra\u010duje 160 km\/hodinu, byl z\u00e1m\u011br provozovat Pendolina na lince V\u00edde\u0148 – Brno – Berl\u00edn, nebo aspo\u0148 Praha – Berl\u00edn. Zde, na n\u011bmeck\u00e9 stran\u011b, by Pendolino prok\u00e1zalo svoje rychlostn\u00ed mo\u017enosti a tak\u00e9 by jej\u00ed provoz v zahrani\u010d\u00ed pomohl se spl\u00e1cen\u00edm zak\u00e1zky.<\/p>\n

Ale zat\u00edm neexistovala dohoda mezi \u010cesk\u00fdmi dr\u00e1hami a N\u011bmeck\u00fdmi \u017eeleznicemi, \u017ee by soupravy Pendolina v\u016fbec do N\u011bmecka mohly jezdit. To by se v\u0161ak dalo je\u0161t\u011b doladit. Dal\u0161\u00ed rok zabraly homologace pro Slovensko a pro Rakousko. Dal\u0161\u00ed snaha o homologaci i pro N\u011bmeckou \u017eeleznici se rad\u0161i ji\u017e nikdo nedov\u00e1\u017eil navrhnout. Nav\u00edc, p\u0159i sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9m po\u010dtu souprav, bylo nemo\u017en\u00e9 tuto linku osadit stejn\u00fdm typem vlaku v pravideln\u00e9m dvouhodinov\u00e9m taktu jak n\u011bmeck\u00e1 strana po\u017eadovala. Pendolino je tak nyn\u00ed homologov\u00e1no jen pro \u010deskou, rakouskou a slovenskou \u017eeleznici. Co d\u00e1l?<\/p>\n

P\u016fvodn\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011br jezdit do N\u011bmecka tedy padl. A tak byly soupravy nasazeny nejprve na linku z Prahy do Brna a V\u00eddn\u011b (3 soupravy) a pozd\u011bji do Bratislavy (3 soupravy). Na t\u011bchto trat\u00edch v\u0161ak Pendolino nedok\u00e1\u017ee pln\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edt sv\u016fj potenci\u00e1l proj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt s nakl\u00e1p\u011bc\u00ed sk\u0159\u00edn\u00ed oblouky rychleji. By\u0165 v testovac\u00edm re\u017eimu B\u0159eclav – Brno dok\u00e1zala souprava Pendolina ustavit \u010desk\u00fd rychlostn\u00ed rekord 237 km\/hodinu<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

N\u00e1stup do Pendolina<\/p><\/div>\n

Ale v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu jezdily soupravy na Slovensku max. 140 km\/hodinu a severn\u011b od Brna na Letovice jezdily pod 100 km\/hodinu. Nakonec bylo, moud\u0159e, rozhodnuto provozovat Pendolino na lince Ostrava – Praha. A ob\u010das jej prot\u00e1hnout i jinam, v\u00edkendov\u011b do Plzn\u011b \u010di Mari\u00e1nsk\u00fdch l\u00e1zn\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Cestovn\u00e9 na Pendolino je dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v jin\u00fdch vlac\u00edch a Pendolino si tak zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 ur\u010ditou exkluzivitu hlavn\u011b d\u00edky rychlosti do Ostravy, kterou jin\u00e9 vlaky nedosahuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Kompletn\u00ed servis mus\u00ed b\u00fdt i p\u0159i tak mal\u00fd po\u010det souprav zaji\u0161t\u011bn u n\u00e1s, proto\u017ee se soupravy neprovozuj\u00ed v okoln\u00edch st\u00e1tech. Co\u017e p\u0159i tak mal\u00e9m po\u010dtu souprav p\u0159edstavuje vysok\u00e9 investice na jednotku.<\/p>\n

RailJet<\/h3>\n

P\u0159ed lety p\u0159i\u0161la v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 nab\u00eddka z Rakouska, kde si tam\u011bj\u0161\u00ed dr\u00e1hy objednaly v\u00edce ucelen\u00fdch souprav, ne\u017e pot\u0159ebovaly. \u010cesk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da v \u010dervnu 2011 nap\u0159ed souhlasila s n\u00e1kupem 16 souprav op\u011bt pro linku Berl\u00edn – Brno – Wien. Nakonec byl po\u010det souprav sn\u00ed\u017een jen na sedm a budou provozov\u00e1ny na trase Praha – Brno – V\u00edde\u0148 (-Graz). Toto ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed u\u010dinil tehdej\u0161\u00ed gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel \u010cD Dalibor Zelen\u00fd. Investice do RailJet\u016f by se m\u011bla vr\u00e1tit do deseti let, mo\u017en\u00e1 i d\u0159\u00edve. Co\u017e je dobr\u00fd v\u00fdsledek.<\/p>\n

RailJet je odd\u011blen\u00e1 souprava a lokomotiva. Lokomotivy Taurus, kter\u00e9 za\u010daly RailJety tahat byly v t\u00e9 dob\u011b provozov\u00e1ny v Rakousku a homologov\u00e1ny i na \u010deskou \u017eeleznici. Soupravy byly dod\u00e1ny v\u010das a hned nasazeny do provozu. Po celou dobu jezd\u00ed ve dvouhodinov\u00e9m taktu na lince V\u00edde\u0148 – Brno – Praha, dnes prodlou\u017eena do Grazu. Na rozd\u00edl od Pendolina zde plat\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00fd tarif \u010desk\u00fdch drah, vyjma t\u00e9 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy. A od J\u00edzdn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du 2016\/2017 je dokonce rann\u00ed spoj provozov\u00e1n v okol\u00ed Brna i v re\u017eimu IDS-JMK.
\nProto\u017ee RailJet jezd\u00ed i v Rakousku, prov\u00e1d\u00ed se v Praze jen z\u00e1kladn\u00ed servis, zat\u00edmco d\u016fkladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed revize a servis je smluvn\u011b domluven ve V\u00eddni.<\/p>\n

Zbyl\u00e9 soupravy si nakonec odebrala Rakousk\u00e1 strana, proto\u017ee se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee ucelen\u00e9 jednotky jak\u00fdmi jsou RailJety jsou provozn\u011b mnohem v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. A tak n\u00e1m z Rakouska proud\u00ed stovky pou\u017eit\u00fdch, by\u0165 modernizovan\u00fdch osobn\u00edch voz\u016f na d\u00e1lkovou dopravu, kter\u00e9 jezd\u00ed na \u010desk\u00e9 \u017eeleznici. Zat\u00edmco v Rakousku intenzivn\u011b provozuj\u00ed ucelen\u00e9 jednotky.<\/p>\n

Denn\u011b je v provozu \u0161est souprav, sedm\u00e1 je v z\u00e1loze, pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zaskakuje za Pendolino. Jedna souprava denn\u011b najede 1230 km. <\/p>\n

Jak\u00fd je komfort z pohledu cestuj\u00edc\u00edho<\/h3>\n

Z m\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti jako cestuj\u00edc\u00edho je zn\u00e1t, \u017ee RailJet je o generaci mlad\u0161\u00edm vlakem. Cestov\u00e1n\u00ed v Pendolinu je st\u00edsn\u011bn\u00e9 jako v letadle, \u010demu\u017e p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed i mal\u00e1 okna. RailJet je naproti tomu mnohem pohodln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159esto\u017ee m\u00edsta na nohy i tu zrovna moc nen\u00ed a je dobr\u00e9 si vyb\u00edrat seda\u010dky se stolkem. K pocitu pohodl\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed velk\u00e1 okna, \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed dve\u0159e. Pr\u016fchod mezi vozy je pohodln\u00fd. WC je u RailJetu odd\u011blen\u00e9 od m\u00edst k sezen\u00ed dv\u011bma dve\u0159mi. V RailJetu je odd\u00edl pro cestov\u00e1n\u00ed s d\u011btmi i s mini-kinem a hlavn\u011b s m\u00edstem pro ko\u010d\u00e1rky a ve druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b vozu i pro n\u011bkolik kol. U Pendolina je m\u00edsto pro kola a ko\u010d\u00e1rky hodn\u011b, hodn\u011b st\u00edsn\u011bn\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Z\u00e1v\u011brem<\/h3>\n

N\u00e1kupy obou souprav prov\u00e1zely velk\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a velk\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. U obou zak\u00e1zek se po\u010det souprav sni\u017eoval na polovinu. U RailJetu byly nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky od Kypersk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u0160koda Transportion, kter\u00e1 opakovan\u011b napadala samotn\u00fd n\u00e1kup. U tendru na Pendolino byl n\u011bkolikalet\u00fd probl\u00e9m s homologac\u00ed.
\nS ohledem na v\u00fd\u0161e popsan\u00e9 jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den, \u017ee mnohem l\u00e9pe si vede RailJet. \u0160koda, \u017ee nebyl nakoupen p\u016fvodn\u00ed po\u010det objednan\u00fdch souprav RailJet\u016f. Rakousk\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti ukazuj\u00ed jak\u00fdm sm\u011brem se vydat i na \u010desk\u00e9 \u017eeleznici.<\/p>\n

RailJety se budou i nad\u00e1le servisovat ve V\u00eddni<\/h3>\n

\nCD rozhodly, \u017ee dal\u0161\u00edch deset let se budou RaiJety opravovat ve V\u00eddni. Zak\u00e1zku za cca 546 mil K\u010d z\u00edskala dce\u0159in\u00e1 spole\u010dnost rakousk\u00fdch spolkov\u00fdch drah – \u00d6BB Technikservice. Tedy d\u00edlny, kde jsou servisov\u00e1ny jak „\u010desk\u00e9“ RailJety. tak dal\u0161\u00edch 60 souprav Rakousk\u00fdch dr\u00e1h. Tedy v\u00fdhoda z rozsahu.
